There are different methods to lift the nose bridge and the tip of the nose including surgical and non-surgical procedures. As an example for surgical procedures,  nose bridge and tip of the nose can be raised with the help of a silicone implant. And as far as the non-surgical methods are concerned, there are fat grafting and dermal fillers.  The surgery involves placing an implant or using one's own cartilage to raise the nose bridge or the tip.
