  If you are bothered with the puffy bags on the lower eyelids, you may be a suitable candidate for a Lower Blepharoplasty. This kind of operation improves the droopy eyelids, removes extra skin and undereye bags, as well as tightens the eyelids. The incision is made under the lower eyelashes.
