Infini is remarkably effective in reducing large pores and creating a smooth skin texture. It's also highly recommended for those concerned with fine lines and acne. Lizne Skin Booster: Containing PN ingredients extracted from salmonid fish, Lizne enhances skin regeneration and overall skin health. For optimal results, it's recommended to undergo 3-5 sessions of Infini at 4-week intervals.

Why Should You Skip the Sauna after Laser Treatment?

Image
We always advise our patients to avoid saunas for about a week after undergoing laser treatment, even though it's a simple procedure. But why? Well, after laser treatment, your skin is a bit irritated. Even if you can't see any bruises, there are tiny wounds on your skin. Exposing these wounds to high heat, like in a sauna, increases the risk of infection or inflammation. For optimal results and a smooth recovery, we suggest not using saunas or intense workouts during the first week after laser treatment.

We always advise our patients to take a break from saunas for about a week after getting laser treatment, even though it's a simple procedure. But why? Well, after laser, your skin is left in an irritated state. Even if you can't see any bruises, there are tiny wounds on your skin. If you expose those wounds to high temperatures, like in a sauna, there's a higher chance of getting an infection or inflammation. For the best results and a smooth recovery, we recommend avoiding saunas or intense workouts for the first week after laser treatment.

Why Should I Be Careful about Hot Baths after a Laser Treatment?

Image
It is advisable that you avoid going to the sauna or public bathhouse within 1 week after a laser treatment. However, many customers asked us why they could not go to public bathhouse even though they had not undergone a plastic surgery. Why should you refrain from hot baths and saunas after a laser?  Your skin is irritated and there are many invisible wounds on your skin after a laser treatment. If your body temperature increases while your skin is wounded, it may get inflamed or infected.  Therefore,  in order to obtain the most satisfactory results, it is strongly recommended that you wait about 1 week before saunas or vigorous exercises.
