One of the frequently asked questions is regarding eyelid asymmetry.     Customers wonder what kind of surgical method works best in this case. What to do when the crease of both eyelids is different?   If the crease of both eyelids is different, then the plastic surgeon can recreate a new crease similar based on one of the creases in the eyelids.     However, if you are not satisfied with the line of eyelids on both sides, a new crease can be created through the surgery.

Therefore, many patients often ask when they can get skin care procedures such as a laser.   One can start getting skincare and other non-ablative laser treatments after 2~3 weeks. Such skin care or laser treatments do not carry any risk after the fat grafting surgery.     However, there are some types of lasers like high-frequency wavelength that can negatively affect the recovery after fat grafting. Therefore, we recommend that you have those procedures in 6 months.   Healing without any complications is more important than skin care.   Under-eye fat removal surgery is a cosmetic procedure that helps improve and remove under-eye fat by making the lower eyelids look fresh.     However, many clients say that they notice asymmetry in their lower eyelids. Does this mean that the surgery went wrong?   The reason both lower eyelids look asymmetrical is because of swelling.
