Why Should I Be Careful about Hot Baths after a Laser Treatment?

It is advisable that you avoid going to the sauna or public bathhouse within 1 week after a laser treatment.

However, many customers asked us why they could not go to public bathhouse even though they had not undergone a plastic surgery. Why should you refrain from hot baths and saunas after a laser?

Your skin is irritated and there are many invisible wounds on your skin after a laser treatment. If your body temperature increases while your skin is wounded, it may get inflamed or infected.

Therefore,  in order to obtain the most satisfactory results, it is strongly recommended that you wait about 1 week before saunas or vigorous exercises.
