Lifting laser or thread lifting — which should you choose?

Ultrasound lifting V-RO Advance and thread lifting are both procedures designed to improve skin elasticity and reduce wrinkles.

V-RO Advance delivers thermal energy to the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating collagen production and enhancing firmness. The procedure is non-invasive, with no incisions and little to no downtime.

However, since the results are not long-lasting, a course of treatments is recommended to maintain the effect. Thread lifting uses dissolvable threads to lift and support the skin, providing an immediate lifting effect.

As the threads dissolve, they continue to stimulate collagen production, and the results remain even after they are fully absorbed. The procedure involves minimal incisions (about 0.5 cm), and no additional treatment is usually required. Mild swelling may occur for 2–3 days. Results typically last from 1 to 2 years.
