A sub-brow lift is a procedure in which excess skin is carefully removed and tightened just beneath the eyebrow. Since the double eyelid line is not affected, there are almost no visible signs of surgery, and recovery is relatively quick.

This procedure is especially recommended for those experiencing drooping eyelids with age, which can make the eyes look tired or even reduce the field of vision. It is also suitable for those who feel discomfort from eyelashes touching the eyes due to sagging skin, or when the distance between the eyebrows and eyes appears too large, creating a heavy expression.





It is a great option for those who want to maintain their existing eyelid line while naturally correcting sagging. After the procedure, the distance between the eyebrows and eyes is reduced, resulting in a more defined, refreshed, and youthful appearance.

Sutures are removed on the 5th day, and the appearance becomes natural within 1–2 weeks. Swelling usually subsides within a week, and by around 2 weeks, the eye area looks fully natural again. As the sagging improves, the eyes appear more open and the overall impression becomes more youthful.

However, if the eyebrows themselves are drooping or there is volume loss in the upper eyelid area, other methods may be more suitable. In cases of significant skin laxity, combining with upper blepharoplasty may be recommended.
