Can the nasal bridge be made higher with fillers after rhinoplasty?

Yes, even after rhinoplasty with an implant, it is possible to further enhance the height of the nasal bridge using fillers. However, this should not be done immediately after surgery, as the nasal skin and tissues need time to fully heal and stabilize.

In general, patients are advised to wait at least 6 months to 1 year after rhinoplasty before considering additional filler treatments. Injecting fillers too early may increase the risk of swelling, inflammation, or unwanted changes in the shape of the nose.

Hyaluronic acid fillers allow for gradual and precise adjustment of the nasal bridge height and have the advantage of being dissolvable if necessary. However, the nose contains many blood vessels, and injecting excessive amounts of filler can be risky. For this reason, the procedure should be performed only by an experienced specialist.

If, after sufficient time has passed, the nasal bridge height is still not satisfactory, replacing the implant with a higher one may be considered as an alternative option. The most suitable approach depends on the individual condition of the nose and should be determined through a professional consultation.
