However, those considering plastic surgery, especially wrinkle surgery, often worry about the treatment period. A lengthy treatment period of more than 5 days can be a significant burden.
Therefore, our clinic has spent a long time contemplating ways to shorten the treatment period. We decided to introduce DermaBond(a medical adhesive) to significantly and safely reduce the burden of the treatment period.

DermaBond is a medical adhesive used to seal incision sites. After removing the sutures from the surgical site three days post-operation, DermaBond is applied to the area.
DermaBond quickly solidifies and adheres to the incision, preventing bacterial infections and allowing customers to shower starting the day after the procedure. It gradually sheds naturally over about two weeks.
Once the 3 days treatment period is complete, there is no need for further visits. Customers can also take shower. By shortening the treatment period, we have significantly reduced the burden of the surgery.
Surgeries that are suitable for DermaBond application include those with longer treatment periods, such as facelifts, rhinoplasties, liposuctions, and abdominoplasties.
