Will the distance between the eyes appear smaller after rhinoplasty?

Rhinoplasty effectively improves the shape of a low nose. However, during consultations with clients, a common concern is whether the distance between the eyes will appear smaller after the surgery.

Can elevating the nose cause the distance between the eyes to look narrower? Elevating the nose does not reduce the distance between the eyes. Sometimes, if the nose is raised too much, the distance between the eyes may seem narrower, but if the surgery is performed at the ideal height, there should be no such concern. Due to swelling after the surgery, the distance between the eyes may temporarily appear narrower, but this is a temporary phenomenon and will soon return to its natural state.
