When choosing a sunscreen, be sure to remember these two things.

When choosing a sunscreen, check these two things: the SPF rating and the UV protection effectiveness. These two factors are the most important!

Use SPF 30 or higher. The SPF (Sun Protection Factor) rating indicates the effectiveness against UVB rays. It's recommended to use products with SPF 30 or higher for everyday use, and SPF 50 when going outside or on days with high UV levels.

Also, check the PA rating. The PA (Protection Grade of UVA) rating indicates the effectiveness against UVA rays. The more "+" signs after PA, the higher the protection. Choose at least PA+++.

UVA rays that penetrate through car windows or balcony glass can deeply penetrate the skin, causing pigmentation and premature aging.

Make sure to use sunscreen indoors as well. Apply it once in the morning and reapply after lunch. Since the UV protection doesn't last all day, reapplying is crucial.

Using sunscreen is the best anti-aging method you can do daily.
