Many of our clients wonder when it’s safe to get a facial massage following laser treatment.

 

Will the skin be irritated if you get a massage after laser?



The answer depends on the type of laser you have undergone. 


Procedures like Infini (micro-needling) and Fraxel result in scabs forming on the skin. Therefore, we recommend that you wait about 3 weeks for the scabs to fall off naturally before scheduling a massage. 




For other types of laser treatments, you can enjoy a facial massage just 1 week after the procedure.
