The answer is no. Fat transfer in fact has nothing to do with skin sagging.

After fat grafting, the skin may appear bloated and sagged but this is something happens naturally when a lot of fat is injected into the skin. The fat bundled up beneath the skin makes it look loose as if it were aging.
