Many patients have asked us how soon after blepharoplasty they can get a facial. 


Is it okay to stimulate the area around your eyes after surgery?



You can have a basic facial 2-3 weeks after a blepharoplasty. 


However, avoid massage therapies that put too much pressure on your eye area, or the incisional site may get opened again. 



For more intense stimulations like Meridian massage, we recommend waiting until one month after the surgery. 


Remember, meet your plastic surgeon for a post-operative progress checkup and consultation before getting a facial.
