About Filler and Botox

Dermal filler and Botox are procedures that many people prefer. However, these two have different ingredients and work in different ways.

Dermal fillers are injectables that restore volume and soften wrinkles, with hyaluronic acid being a primary ingredient. On the other hand, Botox is an injectable that temporarily paralyzes muscles to reduce wrinkles, with botulinum toxin as the active ingredient.

Fillers are used to restore volume and enhance skin elasticity, while Botox is used to inhibit muscle contractions and reduce wrinkles.

Although fillers and Botox have different ingredients and roles, they can be used together for better results.

In other words, it is possible to combine filler and Botox treatments. In many cases, both procedures may be necessary depending on the situation. At She’s Plastic Surgery, we only use safe and certified injectables for procedures. Thank you.
