The reason the tip of the nose looks lifted after Rhinoplasty is swelling.


After surgery, the swelling goes from the nose bridge to the tip of the nose. Since the swelling at the tip of the nose disappears with time, the tip of the nose may temporarily look relatively uplifted.


However, if the tip of the nose continues to be lifted upwards even after 1 year after surgery, revision surgery may be necessary.
