What should I do with scabbing after Fraxel?

Fraxel is a type of laser that addresses such skincare problems as enlarged pores and post-acne scarring.

Since this laser involves applying heat to the skin, there might be scabbing after the procedure. What should patients do in this case?

Scabbing is a normal process that can appear after many laser treatments, including Fraxel.

Scabs usually go a week, and after that, they fall off. It is not allowed to remove scabs with hands at all. It is advisable to wait for some time until they fall off naturally.

After the scabbing, the skin improves, pores become tightened and the texture of the skin becomes smooth.

One should apply sunscreen daily after the Fraxel laser and protect the skin from UV lights.
