Should I avoid sun exposure after Fraxel?

Fraxel is a laser treatment that improves skin texture, rejuvenates skin, and tightens pores. Many people who got Fraxel treatment ask about the direct sun exposure after the Fraxel procedure. Is it ok for the facial skin to be exposed to UV rays?

You have to minimize sun exposure after the treatment. We recommend wearing sunscreen before going out. You need to especially protect your skin for 3 weeks after the treatment so that you won’t have pigmentation issues. Moreover, you can wear a hat or sunglasses to avoid intense sun exposure.

Aside from wearing sunscreen, we recommend applying moisturizing cream as often as possible since you can feel the dryness of the skin.
