How to fix a flat forehead?

The forehead plays a significant role in the balanced facial appearance. If you have a flat forehead and wish to get more forehead volume you can get a minimally invasive forehead augmentation. The procedure is widely known as Fat grafting.

Undoubtedly, Fat grafting is performed to balance the upper third of the face. During this procedure, the fat tissue is taken from the thighs and injected into the forehead. This method is highly effective in shaping the forehead.  This treatment can be performed in tandem with Fat grafting for other treatment areas such as upper eyelids, cheeks, chin, and nasolabial folds.

On average 50% of fat tissue survives after the fat grafting. It is advised to repeat fat grafting sessions 2-3 times with 3-6 months intervals to augment the results from the treatment.

It takes around 1-2 weeks to recover from facial grafting. Though you may have light swelling and bruising after the treatment, they will fade away within the recovery process. The stitches will be removed on the 3rd (forehead area) and 7th day (thigh area) after the surgery.
