Cheek liposuction

There are three techniques of liposuction: tumescent, ultrasound, and laser. However, we use only the traditional method, which is tumescent liposuction. The plastic surgeon makes a small incision on the cheeks and applies saline solution on them. As a result, cheeks swell, making it easier for the doctor to remove the fat.

After the surgery, we recommend the patients wear lifting masks (compression garment) that cover the neck and jaw. Taking all the prescribed medications will help alleviate potential soreness and swelling. It takes 3~4 weeks to heal and recover.
