Before the main treatment, you will have a foot bath that is included in the program free of charge. Then the order looks like as follows: Footbath- General whole body activation (stimulation)-Back treatment- Lower body (rear part)- Lower body (front part)- Arms- Abdomen- Chest- Neck-Shoulders- Blood circulation-boosting cream- Wrap-up stretching- Moisturizing cream.
