Breast implant or Breast Fat grafting?

Among our customer, there are some customers who after face fat grafting ask us if it is possible to enlarge the breast with fat grafting. They thing that this is the safest way and the result will also look more natural. However, at She's our plastic surgeons recommend only breast implant not the breast fat grafting. Why is that ? 

This is not a secret that fat grafting surgery is relatively safer because it is only fat that is transferred. What is more, we do also emphasize this advantage of fat grafting and we do actively tell our customers to do fat grafting for other areas of the body except breast. There are several reasons for that. 

First, breast enlargement requires a relatively bigger volume and accordingly a great amount of fat is needed to add volume to the breasts. It is not easy to extract much amount of fat and transfer it into the body every time when the need for that arises. 

Secondly, enlarging breast with an implant will cost customers less than the breast fat transfer. Because as I mentioned above it is not possible to enlarge breast with fat transfer in one or two surgeries. Breast has a high level of absorption so it takes at least 3-4 sessions to repeat the fat grafting surgery. If you compare the costs, you realize that breast implant is still an optimal choice. 

Thirdly, there is a risk of having calcification later because much amount of fat will need to be transferred. So it is difficult to eliminate these complications of fat grafting in breast augmentation. 

Considering these reasons, we recommend our customers enlarging breast only with inserting the breast implants.  At She's we recommend silicone breast implants and our customers can choose the desired size of the implant.
